Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer exchanges within15 days of delivering your order. You can return your product for store credit/ a different product. Exchange facility is available only for orders delivered within India.
Please note the following conditions to our exchange policy:
- Product once purchased can not be returned or refunded but only can be exchanged
- Exchange request has to be generated within 15 days from date of delivery of product
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Returned items must have all the tags intact
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
